For all other countries in the world not listed in the tables above, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and will be presented to you on the check out page of our website.

As soon as a package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can use it to track the shipment history.

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, some orders may take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

The orders sent outside of EU are not applicable for 30 days return policy. If the orders are returned, the customer has to bear the shipping costs and only the value of the goods will be refunded.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return my order?

Free returns are only available for orders delivered within Germany.
If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Start your return in 3 simple steps:

  1. Go to your customer account: https://account.robinruthshop.com

  2. Log in with your email and the 6-digit code sent to you

  3. Select your order, choose the items you’d like to return, provide a reason, and submit your request

We’ll review your return within 24 hours.
If approved:

  • Customers in Germany will receive a free UPS return label and return instructions

  • Customers outside Germany (within the EU) must organize and pay for return shipping themselves

    Important: Returns from outside the EU are not possible.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • With all tags still attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval through the return portal will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 2 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once it’s on the way.

Please note:

  • Express delivery charges are non-refundable

  • If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@robinruthshop.com

Failed deliveries / Refused parcels

If a parcel is undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused by the customer and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the products only once the parcel is received.
Shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases. If you wish to have the order shipped again, new shipping fees will apply.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

We're very sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible at support@robinruthshop.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order for the one you’d like.

Your EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
All items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
