For all other countries in the world not listed in the tables above, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and will be presented to you on the check out page of our website.

As soon as a package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can use it to track the shipment history.

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, some orders may take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

The orders sent outside of EU are not applicable for 30 days return policy. If the orders are returned, the customer has to bear the shipping costs and only the value of the goods will be refunded.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return my order?

Free returns are only possible for orders delivered within Germany.
We're sorry your order didn't work out. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

To start a return:

  1. Visit your customer account: https://account.robinruthshop.com

  2. Log in with your email and the 6-digit verification code sent to you

  3. Select the order and items you want to return

  4. Choose a return reason and submit your request

We will review your return request and respond within 24 hours.

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A UPS return label (Germany only)

  • Clear instructions for completing your return

Note: Express delivery fees are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Within Germany: Return shipping is free – we’ll email you a UPS label after approval.

  • Outside Germany: Returns are possible only from within the EU. You’ll need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping.
    Please use a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 2 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You'll be notified by email as soon as your refund is on its way.

What items are eligible for return?

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re truly sorry! Please email us with your:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo(s), if applicable

We’ll review your message and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Need an exchange?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item, and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
