We want you to be able to receive your desired items as soon as possible. We offer you shipping by UPS for smooth and speedy delivery. On this page you will find all information about delivery and shipping.
Germany: € 5,95 (Free for orders over €50)
European Union: Calculated on the checkout page (Free for orders over €100)
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
Rest of world:
For all other countries in the world, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and will be presented to you on the check out page of our website.
As soon as a package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can use it to track the shipment history.
Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, some orders may take a little longer.
The orders sent outside of EU are not applicable for 30 days return policy. If the orders are returned, the customer has to bear the shipping costs and only the value of the goods will be refunded.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return my order?
If you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days to send us back any items. However, you will have to bear the return charges yourself.
To make a return, just mark the items you are sending back in the customer dashboard on our website and inform us about the return, pack what you are returning, and use any of your preferred shipping method to send back your items.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned items have been received by us the amount for those items will be automatically refunded.
The time it takes for a refund to be issued depends on the payment method, but will be processed within 14 days after we received your return.
Please bear in mind that we do not reimburse the express delivery fee in the case of returns.
Is an item damaged or defect?
We’re sorry. Please submit a complaint using any of our contact options. We ask for the most complete information possible so that we can quickly review your complaint. If you give us your order number, we can help you very quickly.
Have you received an item that you have not ordered?
We’re sorry if we sent you something you didn’t order.
Please return the wrong item to us and make a note stating that you did not order it. Feel free to contact us for any assistance.
The wrong item was delivered instead of an item you ordered? Please re-order the item you would like to receive. If you have already paid for it, you will be refunded as soon as we’ve received and processed your return.
