EXECUTION OF YOUR ORDER

In order to process your order, we need some data from you. As part of the ordering process, you tell us your name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method and of course the items you want to buy. We use this data to process your order, including sending an order confirmation and packaging and delivery of your order. If you are logged into your customer account, you can view your personal data there and can usually edit it directly there, e.g. in order to update your address after a move.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you contact our customer service via email, chat or telephone etc., the personal data you provide will be registered with us. Our customer service has access to all your order data so that we can help you with any questions about the order status or returning items. Our customer service can also see your previous correspondence with us and thus offer you the best service.

If you use our “Notify Me” service, we will use your email address according to your request and notify you as soon as a certain item is available in stock again.

USE OF GOOGLE MAPS

This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of map functions by visitors. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google data protection information. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection center.

You can find detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products here .

IMPROVE YOUR USER EXPERIENCE

We continuously work in different ways to improve your user and shopping experience on our website. An important source of knowledge is that we track your browser behaviour on our pages in order to improve the user-friendliness, the layout and the user experience on our websites. We use cookies for this. HERE we offer you more information about the use of cookies. We also use your browser data to suggest other articles that you might like.

MARKETING

In order to present you with the best fashion tips and the most interesting news and advertisements for you, we and our advertising partners use personal data to tailor the recommendations and promotions on our website to your personal preferences.

For this we use information about your use of our websites and services, including information such as the order process, existing correspondence and profile information. This information can be combined with other information that you have either communicated to our advertising partners and that they have independently collected. Our partners may use cookies to collect this information when you visit our website. You can find more information about the cookies used on our website HERE .

You can object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time by filling out the application form, which you can find HERE .

Below you will find further information on how we personalize our marketing for the registered members via our marketing cookies.

  1. If you have registered on our website, we use your data to send you newsletters with offers, information about new styles, fashion guides etc. according to your preferences.
  2. Some of our marketing campaigns are based on cookies. Among other things, the marketing cookies we use collect information about your style and preferences, device detection, geolocation of your IP address and your general browsing behaviour on our website. These cookies can also be used to track which ads you have already seen, whether you clicked on them and whether you ordered the product after clicking on them.

With this information, we personalize the recommendations and promotions on our websites and present you with interesting advertisements on other websites, such as social networks and price comparison portals and other applications. For example, if you looked at a particular jeans model, we may show you ads for this or similar jeans models in your social media news feed.

In addition, we may combine the information collected by cookies with your order history, existing correspondence and other information that you have given us for marketing purposes.

HERE you can find more details about the use of cookies.

You can also opt out of interest-based ads by de selecting the relevant cookies.

OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES

We maintain social media profiles on the social networks of Facebook and Instagram (so-called “fan pages”). We regularly publish and share content, offers and product recommendations on our fan pages. The operators of the social networks record your usage behaviour via cookies and similar technologies upon every interaction on our fan pages or other Facebook or Instagram websites. Fan page operators can view general statistics about the interests and demographic characteristics (e.g. age, gender, region) of fan page visitors. When you use social networks, the nature, scope and purposes of processing social network data are determined primarily by the social network operators.

NEWSLETTER

We offer you a newsletter service to send you offers, information about new styles, fashion guides etc. according to your preferences.

When sending out our notifiable newsletters we use the so-called double opt-in procedure or single opt-in procedure (country-dependent), i.e. we will only send you the newsletter if you have given explicit prior consent to us activating the newsletter. If a double opt-in is required in your country, you must also have confirmed that the email address you have shared with us belongs to you. For this purpose, we will send you a notification email and ask you to confirm by clicking on one of the links in this email that you are the owner of the email address you have shared with us. We may waive this measure if you have already confirmed to us in this way for another purpose that you are the owner of this email address.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can withdraw your consent at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to basic tariffs. A notification in text form (e.g. email, fax, letter) to our company is sufficient for this. Of course, you will also find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

MY ACCOUNT

If you want to create a personal customer account (my account), we need your name and email address. You can also give us your phone number and address.

“My account” gives you an overview of your shopping cart and your order history. After logging in, you can update or delete your account at any time.

We set up password-protected personal access for users who register for a customer account or another service. If you do not log out again after logging in with your login details, most services automatically keep you logged in. Depending on the type of service, a cookie or similar technology is used for this. This function allows you to use part of our services without having to log in again every time. For security reasons, however, you will be asked to enter your password again if, for example, you want to change your profile information or submit an order.
